Suggestion for 2 sub forums

i wanna make a suggestion for a few new subforums in the NON-Unreal Tournament Forum section i think could be handy

We all buy stuff from the net and always want the best prices /where to buy and good backup / service etc

Some pple have been ripped off /not recieved goods or got a bad deal or just no backup / crap service etc

it would save us money and warn us of rippoff merchants

surely a restriction could be placed on it that you need X amount of posts before you could see / post in the proposed section ?

Btw, I know you guys have been wondering about the spambot problem recently, Martz I have had an idea, make it so that all newly registered users enter a special "restricted members" group, this group does not have permission to start new topics, they can only reply, they need two posts to get into the proper members group. This certainly works with invision power board, no experience with vB, but imagain it would work.
