i have a public UT99 server im running eut 1g and when im running the server in smart CTF or one of the other custom gametypes i have.... the server doesnt get listed in the UT server browser but if i switch it to a normal botpack game itll show up in the browser any ideas????

AFAIK the server is only advertised if the gametype its running is matched by the clients browser config. IE by default they are setup to look for std botpack gametypes only.
To get around that, EUT includes an ipserver.u file which fakes the gametype it reports to the master server, so I would check you have that installed
