(I invented this one... Atleast I haven't seen anyone else to it before me)
here goes
jump up the wall on the right side. alt hammer to first roof, jump on the lamp, jump exatly when you hit the lamp agin. get the RL begin to charge it. dodge out of the hole to the top of the ammo bunker. shoot the dahm compressor with a load of rockets..
Note that the jump to the ammo bunker is abit hard to do.. you need to dodge at the latest time poserble.
