Da wir immer auf der Suche nach qualitativer Verbesserung sind, und wir bei Leitungsfragen natürlich eure Hilfe brauchen, möchten wir euch bitten uns zu den folgenden beiden IPs jeweils zwei tracerts mit der Angabe der Uhrzeit und eures Providers zu machen. Am besten wäre das einmal um 15Uhr und einmal so um 21Uhr. Die IPs wären 62.4.67.21 (old) und 62.159.85.153 (new).
Eure Mithilfe ist hier sehr wichtig, da es darum geht zu testen ob man sich verbessern könnte oder nur verschlechtern.
Den tracert macht ihr folgendermassen:
Entweder ladet ihr euch auf folgender Seite http://www.visualware.com/download/index.html Visual Route 6.01a runter und schickt die Screenshots mit Angabe der Uhrzeit, des Datums und des Providers
oder
in der Eingabeaufforderung (MS-Dos) "tracert 62.4.67.21 >tracert.txt" (ohne die Anführungszeichen, und mit jeweils beiden IPs) schreibt in die tracert.txt noch Datum und Uhrzeit, sowie Provider
und schickt das ganze an [email protected]
Es ist wichtig, dass ihr einen der beiden tracerts zu der jeweiligen IP zur Hauptzeit (21Uhr) tätigt, damit wir sehen können welche Kapazitäten frei sind, bzw. welche Routen benutzt werden.
Natürlich könnt ihr auch zu verschiedenen Wochentagen die tracerts machen.
Wir wollen euch noch ein letztes mal darauf hinweisen, dass diese tracerts von enormer Wichtigkeit für uns sind, da wir uns, WIE IMMER, permanent verbessern wollen, und dies natürlich in eurem Sinne.
On our neverending search for quality improvement, we need your support in a tracert issue. We would like you to do a tracert on each of the following IPs, which are 62.4.67.21(old) and 62.159.85.153(new). The tracerts should be done on two different timestamps on a day, at best on 15o'clock and 21o'clock. Please supply date, time and provider with the tracert. Your feedback is from essential importance for us to test where we can improve our service.
The tracerts can be done the two following ways:
Either you download Visual Route 6.01 on http://www.visualware.com/download/index.html, and send us the screenshot of the tracert with date, time and provider
or
you go to the ms dos prompt (cmd line) and type the following "tracert 62.4.67.21 >tracert.txt" (without " of course), put in the tracert.txt date, time and provider.
It's really important for us that you do one of the tracerts on "Rush hour" time (21o'clock), so we can have a look into what capacities are available and which routes are used. Of course you can do multiple tracerts on different days.
One last time we want you to tell, that those tracerts are enormous important for us, because we want to improve our service AS USUAL.
