Goalie thought it was offside as the attacker was behind the defense when his teammate gave him the ball. The sideline ref acknowledged this by raising his flag but the mainref didn't blow the whistle, instead he told them to keep playing. So where the Goalie thought it was an offside and just casually waited for the people to run up on the other half the attackers just took the ball and scored.

GG not hearing there's no blowing the whistle. Typical for the norweigans.
