Also bs situations like my Mum is in.
My Mum has been a nurse for the last 27 years, (barring a 4 year gap raising my sis and I). She's worked in almost all major departments (General, Mental, Learning Diabilty, Sick Kids, Elderly and she was even a District Nurse for a while), yet after working in the same hospital as an Enrolled Nurse for 17 years, when it finally shut down, she couldn't get a job as a nurse anywhere as she didn't have a nursing degree (which she's at Uni right now getting).
