So is my isp 700k sometimes down, but sometimes my isp screws up and it's worse than 56k.

PingKing did it in 3dmax.. then put a plastic wrap on it in PS 5.5.. anyway wanted something with abit more colour :)

Thats only theoretical, I have yet to come across some1 on 10mbit that actually can uses 10mbit.
