Finished the game too.. wasn't that hard imo.. did all the missing races the other day to get my career percentage to 100%

Now doing the Challenge Series atm, stuck at 43/69, stupid minivan.. :/

42/69 was tough too.. lame pickup, but i managed anyway.
Also the copcar level is hard 44/69.. handling of that car sooo suxx.. lol

no.. you have to win a minimum amount of races to be able to compete against a new blacklist driver.
