Yes, MonsterAnnouncer is the little tool that Broadcast's the Double/Multi/Ultra/Monster-Kills to all Players.

Since LeagueAS uses it's own implemention of deathmessages, the common Monsterannouncer doesn't work here. You will need an improved Version for LeagueAS

cuz i am pretty sure there is sound when i do multi, double, etc...

its a mod that sends white text to everyone playing on the server when someone makes a double/multi/ultra/monster-kill. So, f.e. on DFP server, when u make a double kill, everyone, including yourself sees a white textline (in the textbox) saying 'Felerian did a double kill!' or something like that
