LeagueAS Practice GameType (for playing offline)

A non-urgent question...

How can I use LeagueAS offline? IE, against bots. I'm sure I've seen instructions somewhere on how to get LeagueAS to register as a GameType, so you can select it from the Practice menu, but I've since re-installed UT and plum forgot where I got the info.
