prolly missed it but now as i am becomming a little more active i'm looking to install irc again.
any tips on the best client?
and whats the doggy channel?
 
mirc or xchat are the only windows irc clients worth looking at imo. Theres a free version of xchat somewhere while mirc will nag for registration.
