Ull need Fall2004 CB iCTF mappack !
(u may also need some maps of former CB iCTF mappack, look for UT_clanbase_iCTF_Spring2004_Mappack_finalversion.zip)

...UTV v3.2 (& v3.3 LAS special) worked just fine! (some watchers complaint about problems with UTV 4.0)

lol no i dont, im just letting know members of UTA in case one would want to watch it. iCTF UTV broadcasts is usually changing player view often still imo there are things to learn watching such a game of such a level :cool:

i would love to join a CTF Clan... but noob Clanbase dont offer any UT2k4 normal weapons cup (except nation cup and i am defenately not good enough for a nation team) or ladder... only and allways stupid insta...

UT2K4 iCTF i play on pubs and have fun, but in CTF NW ... but FWS opponents pisses me off, Fast Weapon Switch is an unfair advantage imo. Also I think shield secondary fire changed alot the way to run with flag, but then im no CTF specialist.

Anyone sees other reasons why UT2K4 CTF didnt catch up? or are Fel and me wrong in the first place?

i fookin loved nw ctf in UT99 and UT2004. Faster rockets, weaker trans shield made it all the better imo. Sheilds made it a bit more like basketball scoring on some maps but you needed the def working in pairs and u could nail it down.

lol. You should see the nations cup final. BE vs SwE had 350 specs on UTV (that's 3 seasons ago afaik)
