If you have just registered your first channel, you'll probably want to add people to the channel list so they get ops (@), voice (+) or protected (&)
Heres how:
/cs vop #mychannel add NickName
Adds a nickname as a voice user (+v)
/cs aop #mychannel add Nickname
Adds a nickname as a normal Operator (+o)
/cs sop #mychannel add NickName
Adds a nickname as a Super Operator (+p)
When the user you've added identifies, they will get the relevant status.
Typing /cs is the same as typing /msg chanserv - it's just a bit easier.
