No...they shouldnt be suspended... how you already said..it wont be fair...
and if you look more exactly, he is the leader for that time Bart is offline... and he had already apologized...
and I dont see the point, what it makes better, if you let suffer the clan for the mistakes of one of there memz ...

And my opinion still is:

Everyone makes mistakes!
