Well, dede quit thanks to some people, and I nearly did as well, but yeah at first glance looks like we have a enough players, the truth is alot of them are not active, and will only turn up for a couple of matches a month, we are in need of one or two active players, dont matter what skill you are, just a bit of flexibility and availability is all were after really!

what if i am totally skillless,deeply inactive and then defo lack availability and flexibility?
