I found this opengl driver in some other UT forum, I got much more power with this then the normal d3d driver and better then opengl too. When u install it be sure that u add those new lines in UnrealTournament.ini.
My settings:

[D3DTNSeDrv.D3DRenderDevice]
dwDeviceId=0
dwVendorId=0
Use32BitZBuffer=True
UseVertexFog=True
UseAGPTextures=False
UseVideoMemoryVB=False
UsePrecache=True
UseVSync=True
UseTripleBuffering=False
Use3dfx=False
UseGammaCorrection=False
UsePalettes=False
UseMultitexture=True
UseTrilinear=False
UseMipmapping=True
DetailTextures=False
DescFlags=0
Description=
HighDetailActors=False
Coronas=False
ShinySurfaces=False
VolumetricLighting=False
UseMemoryMB=64
UseCD2Textures=False
DynTextUseMB=64
Use16BPPTextures=False
CompressLargeTextures=True
MaxDynamicTextures=2000
UseRealTimeTexAlloc=True
CompressTexLargerThan=0
DistanceFog=False

think i only changed UseMemoryMB=64 and DynTextUseMB=64 from the standard.
