If you mean the screen upside-down when the player you are speccing lose his head.... no, that ain't fixed.
Use specfix. It solves other problems with spec mode too (like SB texture)

when I spec and when I press jump, then I see another region(most times the endsequence)
and after that when I press again jump, my ut crashed:/
is that problem fixable?

same for everyone ? ive had this always and with any setting/pc i guess it's just a ut bug only thing here is i have to RESET my pc i cant even minimise to desktop to ctrl alt del out of it nothing complete death
