connection prob

I think i have messed up my ut.
I can't connect to most of the servers. If i wanna join a server that is not in my favourites nothing happens.
UT shows unreal://ip... but it doesnt seem to load.
Can anyone help me?

Problem is that i dont have a ut cd or any other backup.
Is there no other way?

just rename your user and ut.ini in the system folder ut will make a new ones
