Cant view some demos of mine!

Demomanager v 3.0 cant find the file called "utatool".
I made a search after for it on uta forums but all I found was not what I was looking for. Can anyone help me with this file?

utatool helps them setting up servers and so on
the booking system sets up the servers and it somehow helps them monitoring/debugging that i think
