Cannot connect to a lot of servers

it doesn't say anything like that for me

it says
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002

it doesn't say x32 or x64 after 'professional' like you have (perhaps cause it's dutch?)
neither have such a thing on my startup loading screen

You didn't answered my question completely :P

Version?

does this help you more?:

You don't need that there, remove it and try again.

But tbh, if your PC doesn't have ms paint (which I doubt), just format the whole thing... :o

Not really but ... this part of ini looks messy. Why the hell did you put server packages into Engine.Engine?
As suggested before rename your 'user.ini' and 'unrealtournament.ini' into something like 'copy_filename.ini' and start the game. UT will recreate these files from the scratch without any previous errors.
Then join some server where you got kicked in past and it's running UTDC 1.8. Just stay there for few minutes and see the result. If the problem still exists attach one of these files according to your render type:
D3D = D3DDrv.dll
OpenGL = OpenGLDrv.dll

Both files should be located in your ut system directory.

Since you got ATI opengl is rather no go for you but you might try custom D3D driver from this site: http://cwdohnal.home.mindspring.com/utglr/

I put the
Serverpackages
xx
xx

lines in the end there to try and see if that would help cause I saw that somewhere on the net bout utdc18

but it doesn't matter shit, with or without it doesn't work, but I'll try ur idea brajan
although I suspect it doesnt work since I already tried deleting my ut.ini and user.ini without any positive results

Come find one of us on IRC at some point and send us your ini's... something isn't right tbh

I can't help ya till tomorrow night at the earliest tho.

In the meantime, if you cut/paste your user.ini and unrealtournament.ini elsewhere on your Pc (eg, jus paste to desktop so they are no longer in your system dir - ut will create new version, as others have said). Can you join a server with UTDC18 installed then?

If you can then its a problem with your ini's.. otherwise, its probably something else.

Also did you do ask I suggested and copy over the UTDC files with new ones?
