Well hello ladies and gents. How are the people of this community? Nice to see people still around. Does any1 still play pugs? Are there any new versions of ut around or to be released?
 
Unfortunately just after Christmas the activity has pretty much vanished and I think we have finally seen the end of UT99. No real pug of any note since January, apart from the odd 3v3.

CTF has followed suit, publuc servers are also dead.

UT4 in pre-alpha is gaining popularity it seems, but doesn't seem like it will be ready for a long while yet.
 
Suppose it was just a matter of time, real shame though had some good times playing this game. Was hoping to have one final game at some point but can't see that happening anymore.

Yea iv been reading bits about UT4 don't you need a super running machine to even attempt to play it?

nah, with a common machine you are able to play it quite good.

Just test it tho. Start the Epic launcher und download the Alpha, then you'll see.
