Survival-horror game sound survey

Hello. Maybe you remember this post I made a while ago about survival-horror games. It's all to do with a uni project, so I need to collect data about the sound in these games. I've made an online survey and need people to fill it in, so if any of you have ten minutes and you like survival-horror games I'd appreciate it if you could give it a bash.

The last page is a bit confusing because it doesn't tell you when the survey is over (dunno why), but if you finish the last page and get returned to the Introduction you know you're done.
