I got a quick Monk question, something I've been wondering for a long time:
Seven sided strike does 1777% damage devided over 7 targets, now with the Fulminating Onslaught rune,
the strikes explode dealing 254% damage.
Is this an additional damage per target that goes in total with the 1777%?
