hm torp, u did notice 10 inter players surrounding their own box right? bayern had the same difficulties barca had with them.
their defense-"skill" kills any game. inters first goal: pass back to cesar (long ball, under little pressure) -> milito (head) -> snijder -> milito (goal)
fast and efficient but surely not attractive and definitely somewhat 'lucky'
bayern on the other hand tried to force the ball into the net with a constructive build-up. that this build-up was too slow and not creative enough is without a doubt but this is very hard to accomplish vs a team that is basically defending non-stop.

Again bullshit Yako. Had Butt not saved the 2 efforts excellently it could have been more.

I have nothing against bayern and they have played some nice football this season, but saturday they were boring. Lacking ideas. Played the ball across defence and Van Bommel saw more of the ball than anyone else on the pitch. Speaks volumes when your defensive midfielder is always on the ball....

Sour grapes Yako :bawling:

Lahm, to demichelis, to van buyten to badstuber to van bommel to schweinsteiger, back to lahm, to van buyten, to robben, 1 long run to the box or cut in and shot

RINSE

REPEAT

Again bullshit Torpedo.

It actually seems you do not have a single clue of football really. Just reading all your comments when you try to explain yourself and your decisions of what you have said makes me laugh all the time.

you better stick to things you have a clue of, no offense

ps: sour grapes Torpedo :bawling:

Why discuss playstyles? Inters strategy got them the cup so it must have worked right? :P They were not in trouble most of the match vs barca and not in trouble at all vs bayern, so they did a good job. Neither of you lot have a clue if you think they give 2 shits about spectators having fun watching the game, all they want is to win it.

Yako, there isn't a single non german here saying Bayern deserved to win. Everyone is saying Bayern were pretty crap actually. Maybe you should try reading.... Like I said, if you enjoy watching sideways passing then that is your prerogative. I find it boring and would much rather watch a team soak up pressure and hit you with a fast and exciting counter attack.

They defended for periods yes Firestorm. Maybe because it was that Bayern HAD to score and Inter didn't anymore. It does happen. However, it is wrong to say the entire game was spent in Inter's box. If that was the case where did their statistical 14 attemtps come from? With 7 on target.

bayern tried to play football but not even barcalona could break the inter wall.. so there was no way bayern could've

all I am saying is that bayern didnt play unattractive, they did the maximum you can do against a 11 men defence team. they had 2-3 real good chances and 1 100% by Müller, when he scores it, everything will be different, but he didnt.

Inter won deserved cause they were ice cold scoring goals (2 shots onto the goal - 2 goals )

the drop is sucked (der drop ist gelutscht)

"Inter won deserved cause they were ice cold scoring goals (2 shots onto the goal - 2 goals )"

dont you read? They had 14 attempts, not 2. Bloody good go with 14 attempts from 11 defenders who apparently spent all their time in their own box.

delusions of grandeur
