Dual Layer burning

hi guys.
im trying to copy a few dvd, but cant get Nero to work.
is there any other programs that i can use?
most of the dvd's that im trying to copy are AVCHD's

Any more ideas please?

i personally use IMGBurn, but i only usually burn ISO's though.

Works great everytime, never wasted a DL

I have my burning program on my mom's pc, which is in her room, next to her bed, where she sleeps atm, so can't
check what the name is

Whats wrong with Nero? as far as I know it will let you duplicate a disk or transcode AVCHD, although some versions have had various issues

when installing Nero (i have tryed about 5 different copys) it says its install 100% of program, but when i go to start the program, there is nothing there.

Try running a Nero uninstaller and then reinstalling, Nero have a program called General Cleantool otherwise there would be variable other uninstallers.

Otherwise have a look at ashampoo burning studio, similar to Nero

I would also recommend Nero, very reliable program for burning. Specially when you have lots to backup from your pc.
