Most impressive thing I can play on guitar (by ear) is Muse's Micro Cuts, which, given that it's all arpeggiated, is not very impressive at all

Learning someone else's solo, while taking patience, some skill and effort, is hardly that impressive.. good guitarists can improv over anything.. and sound decent.. or even better than the original

Not saying I'm amazing, but I can learn pretty much anything on guitar if I put the time into it, although sweep picking aint quite my forte yet
