Errmmmmmm maybe u are the sick one thinking like that. Bondage, sadistic and many other sexual behavior have been quite normal during all history. They havent any sick side, if both parts are agree and have fun with those acts its nothing wrong about it.

Jail isn't the only place for them.
Your point of view may change once you'll get merry and have a kid(s).
 
Then they'll have to ban everything with any violence in them: films, comics, games, TV programs... I hate knee-jerkers too. It's like that Maddox article about GTA: Vice City - they had to pull the game off the shelf because of the hidden pixellated porn, not because of the violence or swearing. Why are people so stupid?

True. Just because a fucking nut who's obsessive over something can't keep his hands to himself, nobody should be allowed to watch some violent porn in a kinky mood? Bullshit!
 
Get a grip, so you lose some of the boundaries, who gives a shit about that. Anbody that can justify killing someone or seriously disabling someone just so they can jerk off especially if the other party involved is not consenting is just as bad as those carrying it out, this isnt about S&M and the like its about snuff movies, rape and other similar things.
I have no doubt they will blur the lines between acceptable fetish stuff and the twisted stuff they want to ban and that will the unfortunate downside to this.

There is, because there are things in bondage etc that appear to be life threatening - Asphyxiation being one.

But that's the thing, Brajan. The legislation currently does not distinguish between consensual acts of 'violence' and real, brutal attacks/kidnaps.

A lot of hollywood movies are filled with violence, but usually not in the combo violence & sex, obviously hollywood movies are banned despite all the violence, prolly because its all just a movie and thus fake.
How would the government know when/if a violent sex movie is real or fake? Or are staged violent-sex movies banned aswell?
 
It's a pointless, shit, unenforcable law that is merely a token gesture from the ever-populist British People's Party towards giving a shit about that poor woman's mother. Who honestly belives this will make any difference whatsoever? I'll be damned if the police force of this country will waste resources that could be used to catch child pornographers going after some people with rather questionable sexual tastes. Come on people, all these sites feature actors, you read that, ACTORS. They are pretending. It's not really rape you muppets. People don't actually die (well if they do that's uber-fucked up but can't say I've ever investigated that). I honestly don't give a shit, deal with the men who rape 6 years olds and film it first. They're neither actors or able to give any form of consent. They are people who are victims. Sado-machists etc. are just losers imho but they can do what they like tbh because they know what they're doing and enter into it voluntarily.


So in conclusion, deal with the kiddie fiddlers first, there's still plenty of them to be going on with. The current system is a bloody joke, the IWF are the biggest bunch of incompetent tits ever. I've reported several pedophile newsgroups and websites that they link to (yep, isn't my ISP wonderful for supplying such quality newgroups) and they have done a net total of fuck all. In over a year. I gave them details and checked the "notify me of action taken in light of your reports" box. Nothing. If you can't even shut down a website full of pedos when a person hands it to you on a plate, frankly, some S&M fuckups who frap off to simulated rape / extreme bondage are the least of your worries.

as long as movies with such porn is sold there is obviously market for, you may conclude that it's the choice of the actors to do that. first thing that pops up ist the porn scene where a guy puts the head of a woman into a toilet when shagging her.... not my liking but not against the law if you ask me.

Having a hard time deciding whether this is sarcasm or not...

My point was I don't want people being victims of rape or whatever just so someone can make porn out of it, but I don't see why staged violence should be outlawed. If staged violence is allowed in movies but not porn movies, that's like saying it's OK if that violence might lead to someone smashing someone else's head in with a baseball bat, but not OK if that violence leads to someone being raped. If the people staging the porn violence were fine with making it and the consumer is fine with buying and watching it, that's no different to me enjoying watching Goodfellas. Except I try not to wank over Goodfellas.
