Lots of good stuff this year tbh, Ian Brown, Outkast, Killswitch Engage yada yada yada

Personally I'd have to go for....

Breed 77 - Cultura (Album)
Britney Spears - Toxic (Single)

Worst?

Prodigy - Always outnumberd, Never outgunned

One has to admit a certain liking to Scissor Sisters this year.
However the album that has spinned around most in my CD this year has probably been 'Kyuss - ...And the circus leaves town'

Lost Prophets - Start Something - v good, listened to non stop for month atleast
Hoobastank - The Reason - again addictive
12 Stones - Potters Field - owns

Single :\ Last Train Home - Lost Prophets as i cant remember any other singles :|

Worst Album: dunno i dont listen to crap albums :]
Anyting by the scissor sistors or franz ferdinand irritates the hell out of me becos it gets played about 7 times aday on our local radia station.
