Fraps is fine for cams, as long as you set ut to the same fps as what you capture fraps at. Well, you have to do that for movieunreal as well though its not documented :)

First movie was fraps, second used movieunreal. Its quite hard with disappearing things off demos, for the CTF movie I had all 5 players demos so, although it took a while, I could match the action up from each demos. Glad you like the movies :) Gonna check yours out now
