If anyone still reads this place with some PC building knowledge

anyone know the fastest cpu and mobo you can get that still has PCI on it?

I need to build a PC thats as fast as possible but has PCI on the motherboard not a PCIe to PCI bridge!

Ive not specced a PC in years!

looking at Intel Core i7-4790K Socket 1150 with an ASUS Z97-A ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboard. dunno if thats the best I can get

I would add another floppy drive and upgrade the 7200 rpm 300gb HDD to 500gb for more storage
