if you don't whant to place it to C  UnrealTournament\ you must do right clic on exe/openwith/winrar and place the folder where you whant

Im trying to get some1s UT running proper atm. We were talking bout older but better games and suddenly he turned all nostalgic and wanted to play UT (offline
 ) again. Well, for some reason his UT seems to alter between way to fast and way to slow all the time (in single player mode). I guessed the "too fast " could be due to high framerate. But then again he has phases with framerates below 30! His hardware is deffo better then mine, and even im getting a few hundred FPS minimum in offline mode... Afaik hes got Win XP, an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core and a GeForce 7600 GS. No Idea how his FPS can even drop below 100 offline  Any ideas?

Thx ill ask him to try that.
Will prolly only fix the slowmotion issues, but a framecap should fix the speed problem.

Ok he said it helped, but its still a bit slow sometimes. Seems like UT doesnt like Dual Core CPUs (or the Dual Core doesnt like UT
 )Anything else one can do, to speed things up? Usualy id say reduce graphics and stuff, but his PC should be running UT perfectly smooth with that specs!

maybe he uses cool & quiet or something like that? that makes ut run faster and slower i think?
