Windows 7 Quicklaunch

Ive no idea if this was allready mentioned but i missed the old quicklaunchbar of xb / vista, with small icons etc.
after some minutes of abusing google, i found this tutorial.

Personally I quite like the new taskbar and being able to pin applications. Also cool that more and more apps support Recent and Pinned files when right clicking on the icon.

On another notes Switcher (http://insentient.net/) is quite cool - little app which replicates OSX Window switcher.

From screenshots win7 looks like KDE4 (or maybe the other way around). Compiz seems to do all that the others OS's do and more.
