k i got it installed and stuff, winamp is playing while ut is running but the control panel aint responding ...

utwinamp mod works fine for me, but does it exist for Foobar?

afaik, no.
But with foobar I highly recommend the global hotkeys, you can do really everything on playback control there. (even change playlists during a game! or toggling the OSD on/off when you start a game so that it doesnt ruin your fps)
