The new system is slow as hell, but thats not what annoys me. What annoys me is the fact that I cant find a way to get around that CRIPPLING quota.
There doesn't seem to be a way to use remove attachments from old posts, so it seems that as soon as you use up your quota, ur fucked forever.... wtf?
 
Well I was hoping to have some positive news so I wouldn't have to be a cunt in my reply, but I don't. vB haven't released a personal attachment editor yet, and I can't be arsed writting one for you. So I'll have to be cunt, and say that Humpho - you have the most popular attachment on these forums. With 2622 views @ 69.8 KB a time, you've gracefully used up 176.16 MB of forum bandwidth showing the world you prepubescent mush. That itself isn't a problem, what would be a problem is more people using the forums to the same extent - it would cripple us. The limits are there so there isn't a negative effect on the entire community from a single person, intentional or not.

So for the moment please hang on until:
  • vB release a personal attachment manager
  • I write a hack for one
  • vB3 goes into Gold stage, and hacks can be freely swapped through vB.org
