it wont let me swap my user.ini

i started the game with first user ini, saved it, started with second and also saved. but it wont swap back to first when i load it

Why do u need an ini-swapper-tool ?

for lets say you play CTF and AS , in your AS user theres gonna be As binds like -=Incoming Low=- and in your ctf user you got a bind saying -=Attaking Incoming /outgoing=- and you use seperate users because you got them on the same button i.e. Pagedown=-=Incoming Low=-
Pagedown=-=Attaking Incoming /outgoing=-

You can switch the ini file inside of UT so you don't have to come out UT and reput a user in the driveUnrealTournament\System part
