this is the new UT4 indeed. Dj you could sign up as a sub and help a team if they need you (but only for the group stage). That means you have no fix team and can play if there is a team short of players.

A lot of old players are signed for this cup. Look at http://challonge.com/AssaultSpringCup2016 to see who is gonna play for which team.
 
Shiiiiit!! Skull, Rick, rookie, terror are playing. See a few other oldskool names signed up aswell it's brilliant to see. Didn't realise so many played the game tbh

Hi mate, I have been looking through the old clan forums past few days (sad i know) creating threads way back in 2001, some good memories.

Well I'm due a nice tax rebate this week and I'm thinking of getting a new pc...not just for gaming but for the kids to do there schoolwork. Are there any other ut99 guys that play the game other then the guys signed up for this tournament??

Yep, sometimes! Every now and again I suppose. Slowly, possibly, maybe getting into it.. :)

well, I got Yako and Mr. Frost to play. Yako is not very active and Mr. Frost (Frozz) will join when he got his PC working (July 2016) again.
I guess X-Bomb also tried it out.

Sobo also joins now and then :)

You can still sign up for "Team substitute" and help where ever a team is short on players !
