Okay, due to the fact some of First Legion and some of Uneducated Surgeons have joined into one guild. We will have the problem of ranking. People will be used to thier old ranking system and believe people are being left out.
This implementation will be made, the members that have shown interest with the guild, such as Khainz, Bamela, Kab, GS, Inspireuk and few others will form the 'officers' position. Along with these position's, we will be forming some detailed ranking structures.
Council Members
This position will be for the members that have shown great interest in the guild. The number of council members will be an odd number. This will make any descision easier to make (in the case of draws or what not). It's however not a good idea for the entire guild to be democratic. From past experience, ive found that sometimes causes problems. Therefore, any thoughts or changes made from the council members, will be then consulted with the GM before any action is taken.
Commander
Members of this position are in charge of looking after the every day aspects of problems of guild members. Members should contact a commander to speak about any problems or anything they think is important for the guild to know, operation wise or otherwise. The commander will then consult the council members (officers) if the issue cannot be resolved at that level.
Raid Leaders
As this rank suggests, the people here are in charge of 'running' raids and instances. They will be the voice other team speak or the person telling everyone how to coodinate. People in this rank will be able to read the officers chat. Obviously this rank is not limited to the only Voice in raids, but are as the name suggests a major part of that.
Recruitment
This is the last rank which will have have officers chat abilities. The people in this position will be those that have had alot of experience within the guild and have good diplomacy and ethical values. They will be in charge of recruiting members and then telling the commander and Council members of the person in question. Only then may someone be accepted into the guild.
Class Masters
People in this position, will be limited to one class. It will be members who have great experience and excel in thier classes way of playing. This means in both builds to use for instances and pvp and quest related, class specific matters. Meaning, anyone who requires help for thier class, should contact a class master of thier respective class. Members who gain this position should be willing to help others and able to research any questions members may not have and advise them.

The above classes are pretty much the operational levels within the guild. Below, the ranks are such that people can gain by working within the guild. Helping others, talking, taking active interest.
There are 4 ranks here, we will use some ranks from the horde pvp system to make them relevent.
Grunt
This is the default guild level for those that join the guild. Generally progession may be made by that members being in the guild for a two weeks or so. Time taken for a member to 'upgrade' in rank, will be determined also by thier credibility within the server. Thier amount of help and participation within the guild.
Next rank;
Sergeant
This rank will be where most members of the guild will be, people in this position are a full recognised member of the guild. Most people who's ambitions are just to come online and have a laugh, play, will remain in this position. Those that wish to show more interest in the guild will be able to progress in much the same fashion as from Grunt to Sergeant rank. Show active interest in helping people, dont charge members for items or set items. If you charge because you must, due to reagents or other materials, charge them as low as you can. Members in the operational levels will keep an eye on guild members. We will then weekly dicuss anyone that shows promise and recommend them for the next level.
Rank 3;
Legionnaire
Members at this rank have showed an huge interest with the guild. They have been with the guild a long time, participate in raids and instances, helpful and all the usual guild worthy qualities. This rank will be hard to progress past. Again show the same qualities, or special (unasked) selfish acts will be watched and awarded.
Final rank (4);
Centurion
This rank is as high as most members will go, anything higher than this is on a basis that we are lacking members in the active operational fields. To progress alone to this level within the guild is a huge success, you are hugely well known within the guild and of the highest 'common' stature available in our guilds ranking structure. Congratulations.
