Im gonna buy a new Monitor 25" at least and play with 1920x1200.

Anyone got a 25-or bigger Monitor which u can recomend? Otherwise the
SyncMaster 2693HM Glossy Black looks nice i think.
 
it doesnt matter if you've a tft with 2, 5 or even 8ms. they are fast enough.

The thing that could be a problem: the Inputlag that some TFT with the overdrove function have (especially the ones from Dell)
 
wikipedia says the syncmaster is being phased out but 2 christmas ago when i got my new computer i found the best quality/price ratio was the samsung syncmaster 226 BW 22'' (iirc the price almost doubled for 24 or 25'')
refresh rate is 2 ms and I run it at 1680x1050 and i've had 0 complaints about it so far sooooo I guess all syncmasters are good products and you should be perfectly safe buying one.

then again if they are being phased out there's a reason :/
