Who knows which settings are the best to play the games smooth! To get the most FPS ect!

Turn off all fireworks like antialiasing, switch every possible setting from Quality to Performance.
Just play with it on your own because turning everything off and/or switching to performance may turn your 3D gfx looks shit. This new nvidia panel is crap btw.
