If you add ~dzz~ in at 0 points, any clan who faces ~dzz~ will get 0 points. If ~dzz~ beats a HZ clan to gain 5% of their points, they will remain with 0 points. You should add ~dzz~ in at 1000 as is customary for starting new leagues.
 
Good that you remember me. I let it undecided to listen others suggestions. Incase ~dzz~ is not happy everything is changeable. At the moment they have modified 1000 default entry points.
