Since people are increasingly starting to use non-league servers for matches and this seems to be causing problems here is the procedure we use for setting up a server for a league match. I still recommend that you ask a league admin to do it to avoid any arguments but if thats not possible this is how its done:

I'd recommend you just make a .txt file with this lot in it and exec that rather than type it in command by command.

Match config:

1) Ensure that the 'AssaultBonusPack' mutator is running, if not put it on the mutators list and restart the map!
2) Set up the map list. Put the Double rotation maps in first (DRM) followed by the single rotation maps (SRM).
3) Set the player limit to 12 and the spectators to 2 or 0 depending on whether specs are allowed or not.
4) Set Tournament mode to ON.
5) Make sure all 'Defaults -> Settings' are set to the usual and there are no bots on.
6) Set the server name & the password.
7) Now goto the 'Current' area and Switch the map to the LAST map in the rotation (this will be a warm up map for the match).
8) Connect to the server in UT.
9) At the console type: 'admin set Assault Netwait 55'. Check its been set with 'admin get Assault Netwait'.
10) Now type 'admin set botpack.deathmatchplus bTournament false'. Check it with 'admin get botpack.deathmatchplus bTournament'. This will ensure that tournament mode will come off after the first map.

***You will need to 'Restart Level' after each step (Except 8-9-10) to ENSURE the server saves the settings***

Everything b4 the "connect to server" bit is done on web admin :)

Your stuck cos to my knowledge you can't set maps without web admin.

Well I'd be very surprised if you have FTP access to the server (to get to the .ini) and not web admin.
 
I thought about the same a while back but never bothered trying it

prolly something like

And to the best of my knowledge double entries in the map list won't work...
