He said that the attack only lasted 15 minutes. Why removing the restriction after ONE attack? Isnt restricting #utassault for another attack better than removing it after one of maybe 100s of attacks? Preventive restriction. Sounds like a plan to meh!

The restriction has been removed because other precautions have been taken afaik .. :)
 
The channel was put on +R when the attack occured.

The channel was then put on -R after those 15 minutes elapsed. (To keep the bots joining the channel while the attack lasted).

Conclusion: The channel does not have +R anymore!

Is it really that hard to get?
