Just select it from the main screen, B-Spec, you can let the computer drive for you. The events are longer compared to a-spec but you get the same experience and credits (and different cars).
At around level 20-30 the long ones start, where you can do races of 2, 4 or 9 hours
So you can just get a good car, let your b-spec driver drive for you, and you can go do other things.
