Since IRC has picked up a lot for people in the UTA community, this forum is dedicated to providing people with support, advice and tips on how to get the most out of IRC. Also feel free to talk about anything else which is related to IRC and on-line communication! 
As some of you may be aware, we upgraded the IRC server and services last night to a version which is made by different people. Unreal IRCD (we didn't just pick it for the name) offers a lot more stability and room for growth as well as compatibility with other types of new services. Epona was picked which has BotServ and Memoserv, soon to be fully on-line. This allows every channel to have its own Bot which does a lot more than sit around and do nothing. More details when this is in full swing.
You will need to re-register your channels and nicknames on the UTA IRC server (irc.utassault.net) as we couldn't import the old ones. They were corrupt anyway
