you need one of the uber techs to help you now i think 
try
start > run > cmd > chkdsk c: /f/r
it will say cant do do next start > y
reeboot
if fails uninstall sound / chipset/ gfx drivers then run driver cleaner
reinstall all chipset then sound then gfx
also try start>run>dxdiag
