Its a little annoying.

Somedays i try to goto:
utassault.mapct.com but all i get is http500 error
then i try to goto utassault.net and that works fine.
Then other days its the opposite ...mapct works but not utass...net .

How come ?

I have no idea, both should work all the time.
 
Just maybe

I have the odd problems getting to sies now and then. Have a product called modem wizard which resolves bookmark ip addresses of my bookmarks and puts them into my browsers.
So whenever a bookmarked server changes ip I need to do a refresh. Always forget about this so I cannot get at certain sites for a couple of weeks. Then I remember ... .

Not trying to suggest that you are equally stupid as me but just maybe could it be something similar?
