CAN play unreal tournament 3 ?

This is my pc i want to play unreal tournament 3 in it, can it be played
or i want any other multiplayer game that can run n this like cs:s or eles
Pleas help ,Need some suggestions.

so depends on your graphic card.... But even at 9800GTX should not work perfect cause your CPU is slow down your system...
