taunting "Yeehaw!" for few hours, console-spaming & doing everything to piss the other players off

On behalf of myself and other ppl who get pissed off by him today I request DoG admins to ban him for a longer time.
If that's a person I suspect , it's not the first time he acts like that. Doesn't seem he will ever change.

I banned him 2 times already. He needs to be dealt with IP range since he was usually back in 5 minutes with different IP.
