23 is cheating ?

on orange server -=[23]=el-cyrix=- played a bit "funny".
he had no head (looks like after a headshot) but has 100 health though and was much faster then normal players.
nice cheating 23

That is a cheat mod (not naming it to stop people searching) which has to be downloaded and installed, the Orange server is currently not running at the highest security level which will prevent this hack.
