UTA Stats maintenance

There's a good chance we'll be breaking UTA Stats this weekend in order to make it run a little less like trying to walk through tar.

So if you can't reach the UTA Stats page, or things don't look quite right, don't panic - it's probably for a good reason.

Well obviously everyone noticed horrible loading times for non cached parts of it so our goal is to fix it and maybe make it less pain in the ass for the server.
